Barefoot Believers Academy is an ALL outdoor school. This means we spend 100% of our time outdoors. Children will need to be dressed in weather appropriate clothes that can also get dirty! After Enrollment you will be given a dress code/gear list and assistance if need be.

Research shows children who attend outdoor schools experience less illness through the school year. As well as more freedom to explore and get creative. This helps attune their attention to learning when it’s time. We believe its easiest to glorify God when grounded in His beautiful creation. We will spend our days playing, worshiping, learning and of course snacking.

Our property, where Barefoot Believers is hosted, has cats, chickens and cows. Children will get to pet and care for the animals on special farm day occasions. There are plenty of play stations for kids including a swing/slide set, mud kitchen, sand box, picnic table and more.
